Program Description
Flatland Safety Shield is a fleet compliance program that sends SMS text messages to enrolled commercial truck drivers and fleet managers. By enrolling in Safety Shield and providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive recurring automated text messages from Flatland Expeditions Insurance regarding:
- Random vehicle inspection reminders and compliance alerts
- Safety lottery selection notifications
- Training reminders and certification updates
- Account notifications and program updates
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on fleet activity. Enrolled drivers typically receive 1-10 messages per month. Message frequency may increase during compliance campaigns or when inspections are due.
Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. For help, reply HELP or contact us at 1-888-271-8872.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Flatland Expeditions does not charge for SMS messages, but your mobile carrier may charge standard messaging fees. Check with your carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
